35 British businessmen and delegates of major industrial groups in Algiers

LONDON (UK) – Economic exchanges between Algeria and Great Britain have significantly strengthened the recent years, according to the will expressed by the two countries to strengthen their ties in all fields.

The impetus given to the economic component of the all-round cooperation between Algiers and London, is noticeable in many respects, particularly in the energy field where partnership is ”very strong”, say British experts.

Personality visits at a higher level between the two countries were also more numerous during the past three years, while the trade volume has doubled during this period.

The year 2010 was particularly marked by the visit to Algeria from UK Minister for the Middle East and North Africa, Alistair Burt emphasized the desire to increase economic exchanges with Algeria.
