At long last, the dream comes true as the first Private Algerian satellite channel was launched on a historic day that coincides with the celebration of the 57th anniversary of the outbreak of the Algerian revolution on November1st, 1954.

  • Echourouk’s newsroom was overwhelmed by telephone calls from readers at the announcement of the launching of Echourouk TV on NileSat .

  • The wear veteran “ Ami Ahmed” contacted Echourouk three times to express his happiness saying” Echourouk channel is the last freedom’s bastion…now we have completed the  liberation process “.

  • Students also didn’t hesitate to get in touch with the newsroom to take part top the celebrations. Among them “Asmaa” , a student in journalism has declared” We’ve been surprised to the delay for the broadcast of Echourouk TV till the formal announcement… At last, we can have a channel that sheds light on our daily concerns following the example of the newspaper”.
