Second case of Desperate blaze in Algeria: After a week in intensive care at hospital: Young Algerian Mohcen Bouterfif died because of setting himself on fire

Tebessa-Young Algerian Bouterfif Mohsen 27 died on Saturday 15 January after he suffered serious burns because of setting himself on fire in the square of Boukhedra in Tebessa city, east of Algeria.

Bouterfif Mohsen felt insulted during a conversation with the head of the municipality because he was searching for a solution to his problems while talking to the first official whose task is solving problems of citizens in his town, but when the official insulted him he decided to set fire on himself facing a hard moment of anger and despair.

News of his death spread secretly until the evening in the streets of El Hafnaoui, Guenaz, and then in the other neighborhoods, where citizens rushed to his house and met his father Omar Bouterfif.

Dozens of people gathered in his house to mourn Mohsen’s family members who were very sad and his fathers who looked exhausted and tired after losing his son who is also the family’s money earner.

Minutes and hours passed before the city of Boukhedra, Tebessa, east of Algeria, turned to a scene of mourning and solidarity, and all streets were crowded with citizens who came from everywhere to offer condolences to Mohsen’s family.
