A customs authority under investigation after authorizing re-exporting Israeli goods
Security services are investigating with regional customs inspectorate, who authorized, illegally, an operator to re-export Israeli made goods to France.
- The manager of import-export company Micro System had addressed the regional customs inspection to complain about difficulties he faced in the import clearance of goods he imported from France, and which comprise Israeli made toys. The customs inspectorate replied by authorizing the operator to re-export the seized Israeli made toys to France, should he meet some terms, including providing a certificate proving that the money of the seized goods have not been transferred abroad. Such procedures are prohibited by Algerian laws.
