AADL houses: payment in advance in return for ownership title

Public house beneficiaries can pay the whole price of the house in advance instead of easy payment methods.

According to a circular published on the Official Journal, age could not be taken in consideration if the beneficiary commits to pay the whole price of his house.

This means that the housing house banned a previous condition in an executive decree issued in 2001 related to rental houses selling formula. Beneficiaries could get ownership title after paying 10 percent of a three-room-house price then paying the remaining sum.

The AADL housing agency announced that an auction of shops of commercial and services character will be organized on December 5^th. A number of vacant shops in many housing compounds are concerned.

This comes upon request from the housing minister Abdelmadjid Teboune. A national census of vacant shops had been conducted for the auction.
