President of Algeria’s High Court Keddour Berradjee said the special court which was set up for people put in temporary prison and acquitted decided in dozens of requests. A large number of case files were rejected due to legal deadline expiry.

  •
  • Berradjee told Echorouk the case file of people who were acquitted after being temporary jailed required establishing a special court of three judges.
  • Speaking on those who appealed the procedures, the law practitioner said they ignore legal measures on their situation especially legal deadlines for compensation.
