The Youth and Sport Minister Hachemi Djiar revealed that the Algerian football passes by a bad period. He said that it’s the worst phase ever in Algerian history. When opening a consultation meeting Saturday on football problems at the High Institute of Sport Technology in Dali Brahim, Algiers, he confirmed that the problem is due to the bad phase Algeria passed by in the last decade but he expressed his surprise of the continuing crisis, which did not follow Algeria's economic recovery .

The meeting came up with some recommendations such as the establishment of five workshops including a competition system, arbitration and general laws as well as violence in stadiums and funds. The sport minister stressed the necessity of respecting the game rules to find final solutions which may save our football from disappearing.
