Algeria recorded 3500 cases of food intoxication in 2008

Specialists in the field of health said the prevalence of food intoxications during the summer times is the result of many factors, including lack of awareness among the citizens, because they don’t take the precautionary measures, as well as the traders who do not respect the conditions of conservation of products, confirming that children and people who live with chronic diseases and elderly are the core victims of food intoxications.
