General Gaid Salah met the unit’s executives and personnel. He gave instructions stressing the importance given by the national army to the modernization of sea forces.
He also urged the unit’s workers to have full control of ships construction technology. “This is the core of my visit today to Annaba’s marine construction unit. It comes following previous visits as we had stressed the big importance we give to ships construction and reparation,” he said.
“To achieve those big multi-dimensional goals military, economically and socially, I make a reminder of the responsibility of this institution’s executives and personnel. They should persevere to have con troll of technology required in perfect construction of ships,” he added.
“This is the right way we should take with perseverance and faithfulness under the support of the President of the Republic. This way will, certainly, boost this institution’s actions. Its achievement is part of a vision and a practical method based on the promotion of our ambitious military industry. For this, there is a need to be serious at work, faithful to the nation and be able to reach goals,” he also said.
