Algeria to construct 400,000 AADL houses in the next five years

Algerian housing ministry will build 400,000 houses as part of the 2015-2019’s program added to 230,000 already announced. This comes as more than 700,000 people applied for the AADL housing program, Echorouk has learnt.

The ministry invited foreign operators to invest in houses making in Algeria. It promised to buy all their products within 5 years through annual deals. Those companies will have to train local manpower, according to a senior official at the ministry.

This comes as the National Agency for the Development and Improvement of Housing (AADL) launched a new housing program after that of 2001.
