Government identified, through the General Directorate of Public Service, the need of financial positions in various government sectors, as it gave approval on the employment plan for the recruitment of 41,000 financial positions, for the financial year 2015, and government decided to extend the employment decision along the whole year.
General Directorate of Civil Service prepared a plan which aims to create 41,000 new jobs in the public service, as 80% of these positions belong to the interior ministries, departments and community groups, health and education, and services that belong to the Finance Ministry, such as taxes and customs services, while 20% of the remaining posts will be distributed on the rest of the sectors, although the lion’s share in the previous years was granted in every time to the security services, as municipalities and National Education will grab this time the largest share of financial posts that are allocated for the next fiscal year, as the first will get 13,000 posts of the total 41,000 post, while 15,000 jobs will be granted for education that is experiencing a vacancy in the posts, as previously Education Minister, Nouria Ben Ghabrit talked about it it in public.
Interior and Local Groups Ministry, which is used to truncate the largest number of jobs in favor of the National Directorate of Security and Civil Protection, this time changed the point of generosity and generously granted 13,000 posts to municipalities, as they seem to fall within the government’s plan to improve the reception conditions of citizens and the interaction with their daily demands, considering that the municipality is the first government body that constitutes the citizens’ guidance to meet their needs.
General Directorate of National Security was a little lucky this time in the employment scheme for the coming year, and was able to grab only 2,000 financial posits, including 300 office for users, and 1,700 posits for the contractors, on the grounds that another competition for employment has been conducted during the summer of the current year, and not far from the police service, the Directorate General of Civil Protection grabbed 2,370 additional financial posits, including 2,000 posts for employment in the field of training and 370 contractors, and 390 for the central administration, and 10 financial posits of the Directorate General for Transport.
National Education is the sector which benefited from the largest number of posts reaching up to 15,000 financial posts, that will be at the heart of national competitions that are organized by the sector, which remains concerned with the decision to extend employment in vacant posts over the whole year, after it retained it this year, However, Education sector did not end the case of vacancy in the posts and was unable to cover the pedagogical framing.
