Algerian army recovers 10 children born in mountains

Algerian Solidarity Minister said National Army Troops have recovered 10 mountains- born children found in terrorists' hideouts.

While paying an official visit to the province of Medea (150 km from Algiers) the Algerian minister of solidarity Oueld Abbas , has declared that the National Army Troops have recovered 10 mountains- born children found in terrorists' hideouts.

Oueld Abbas also declared that the so called “Mountain’s children” case is supervised by an investigation committee comprising the interior, defense and, solidarity ministries so as to make a precise census of the number of using DNA tests to determine their identities and parents.

 

The minister added that several investigation committees have created in, across the country to probe into the identities of these children born in the mountains during the black decade to collect the accurate information possible as well as testimonies. In this respect, he called on the mothers to participate in providing the best information possible for each case.

 

Talking on the sidelines of his visit to this locality, M Oueld Abbas declared that “teaching” and “preaching” were two sectors neglected by the repentant and called on those who used to work in these sectors of activity to resume their work. He added that these branches were the most affected domains during the 1990s.
