Algerian authorities to send thousands of supporters to Angola

The Algerian authorities are seriously considering the possibility to send thousands of fans to support the Greens in case of a qualification to the semi-finals in the African Cup of Nations tournament, convergent top sources revealed.

• The same sources have indicated that an air lane could be envisaged to link both the Angolan and Algerian capitals to facilitate the transportation of this human flow as it was the case during the play off match in Oum Darmen, Sudan last November.

• Some 5 thousand supporters are set to fly to Luanda, Angola in order to stand by the Fennecs and help them wrench a ticket for the finals in this prestigious competition.

• The number is half the one that moved to Khartoum , Sudan during the play off match versus Egypt counting for the qualification to the world Cup.
