Algerian forces eliminate two terrorists east of Algiers

Algerian forces eliminated, on Friday night, two terrorists in the region of Assoual, located at the highest of Tikejda, northeast of Bouira, east of Algiers.  

• The troops retrieved their Kalashnikovs, as security source said that the two terrorists were not disclosed and they come from Msila, west of Algiers.

• Same sources said that the two terrorists are members of “Al Mouhajiroun” battalion, active in Msila and Djelfa, west of Algiers, before they moved to the GSPC or AQIM strongholds, active in Bouira, Boumerdes and Tizi Ouzou, east of Algiers.

• Same sources, which reported the story, said Algerian forces surrounded the terrorist hideout on Friday evening at 18:00 pm in the region of Assoual in Djurdjura, after receiving information about suspected terrorist movements, where troops imposed a military siege on the place, and invited the two terrorists to surrender several times, but they responded through gunshots, and then the siege lasted for hours before the armed troops decided to raid the place, killed the two terrorists and retrieved their Kalashnikovs.
