Algerian Foreign Ministry: “What has been said about Algeria implication in killing Libyans is false”

Ministry of Foreign Affairs refuted the rumors published in some news sites, on the use of Algerian aircrafts in transferring African mercenaries to Libya to kill civilians.

Official sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, in a phone conversation with Echorouk that promoting such tendentious rumors has clear intentions and aims, which are implicating Algeria in false positions and conflicts.

Same sources told Echorouk that Algeria calls for stopping violence and blood in Libya, and attacks against protesters, asserting that Algeria stands by the will of Libyan people regardless its choice and desire for change.

“Ministry of Foreign Affairs held consecutive meetings to discuss the situation in Libya, especially the issue of transferring Algerians living there, and complete the evacuation of dozens of Algerians who are still stranded in Libyan soil as a result of the bloody situation there.

Denial of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs came in response to rumors published by some websites and channels claiming that Algerian planes implicated in carrying African mercenaries to Libya to participate in the genocide carries out Gaddafi regime against his people.
