Algerian player Nadir Belhadj celebrated his wedding in Oran

Scores of fans filled the streets of Oran the day before yesterday coming from different corners of the town to accompany the bridal procession of the Algerian football star Nadir Belhadj, pushing the local authorities to deploy an impressive security plan all along the itinerary until the town hall “Senia Center”.

• Echourok attended the event from his landing at Essenia international airport (Oran) coming from Marseille (southern France) until the end of the ceremony.

• At 7pm several cars lined up nearby Nadir Belhadj’s house at Colonel Lotfi compound, the player was on time and got on in the “Hammer Limousine” surrounded by security forces that cordoned off the area to avoid the bustle. Scores of fans from both genders and all age categories assembled on spot to approach their hero.

• This situation forced the player’s relatives to oblige him to stay inside the limo and move to his future wife’s house. Belhadj has decided to marry his cousin. The player couldn’t even get off the limo to pick up his wife because of the crowd that surrounded his car.

• One of his relatives has indicated that Nadir Belhadj didn’t want to venture out of the car in order to avoid any injury that could put his participation to the World cup tournament at stake. He simply respected the technical staff’s instructions given to the players warning them aginst any bad surprises.

• He wished the presence of Raouraoua, Saadane and his teammates

• Nadir Belhadj wished to see Rabah Saadane, Mohammed Raouraoua and his teammates among the invitees but they couldn’t fulfil his wish because they were not available. Even the local players like Chaouchi, Laifaoui , Rahou, Babouche and Hadj Aissa were absent from the event.
