Algiers –Marrakech fare set for 42 thousand dinars for desert Foxes’ fans

State owned Air Algerie decided to bring down the fare reserved for the national squad fans desiring travelling to Marrakech to attend the derby game against Morocco, next 4 June.

The fare was initially proposed at 50 thousand dinars, before being reduced to 43 thousand dinars, as part of a special offer for Desert Foxes fans.

However, travel agencies who are to organize the trips have not decided yet on the plan of the journey. In fact, two proposals are being discussed: the fans would stay two nights in Marrakech for 62 thousand dinars, or traveling in the morning of the match day, and return home as soon as the game is finished for 52 thousand dinars.

It is worth mentioning that the Algerian Football Federation has acquired 3000 match tickets from its Moroccan counterpart, and which are to be distributed on travel agencies on the price of 2000 dinars each. 

 On another side, Morocco Royal Airlines is to propose special flights to Casa Blanca, before joining Marrakech on road, and staying there in 3 stars hotels for three days. This fare will be proposed at 60 to 62 thousand dinars with additional match tickets, which means that the Algerian fans could be more than 3000 thousands on the day match to support the Greens.
