An instruction cancels graduated in engineering certificate from inclusion in primary education

Majority of Education Directorates refused the files of engineers in primary education, due to lack of inclusion in the common code number 004/2014 dated 06.07.2014, as it refused to integrate them in the rank of key professor for primary school to enable them to obtain the rank of professor trainer, which effects their discontent.

National Union of Education and Training Workers asked for the need to grant the wires of teaching, who received a training after June 3, 2012, and who are under training of the created ranks, as well as all bachelor’s degree graduated and engineers in primary education in non-specialty from inclusion in the basic ranks and benefit from the ranks that were developed according to the professional experience .

“Education Minister should to give this file and the rest of files with critical importance, to ensure a stable and quiet school year”.

Decision of the DEO to cancel the files of professors engineers from the notation in spite of the agreement that was concluded with the syndicates, and this is reflected in the common subscribers between the National Union of Education and Training Workers and the General Directorate of Public Service.
