ASO Chlef determined to clinch the League One Title

ASO Chlef seem determined to clinch the title of the Algerian League One, after going sweeping away USM Harrach (1-3), in the Day 17.
- They are on the top of the table with 37 points, to move 7 points clear of ES Setif, who imposed a 1-1 tie away on WA Tlemcen.
- Goals from international Souidani El Arabi (20’), Abdessalem (29’) and Messaoud (72’) have given Ighil Meziane’s men a boost in their race to the title.
- ES Setif who got a late must win game to play, managed to bring home a precious point over Tlemcen. The latter were one goal ahead thanks to Thamer (15’), but international Hadj Aissa equalized (60’).
- CR Belouizdad managed to secure their third spot after forcing MC El Eulma to tie (0-0), while the fourth spot is shared with 26 points by five clubs, including JSM Bejaia who defeated USM Annaba at home (1-0) and JS Kabylia after beating (1-0) MC Oran.
- On the bottom of the table, MC Algiers and AS Khroub tied (0-0), while CA Bordj Bou Arreridj managed to secure a precious win away (1-2) over USM Blida.
