Bad weather kills a man in Algeria

Many national roads were blocked, villages were isolated, three people were asphyxiated, a man was killed, another one was injured and floods took place in a cold wave which has hit Algeria for two days.

Heavy floods hit different provinces in the west of Algeria. Pupils and workers could not join their institutions while three members of the same family were asphyxiated.

In Oran, floods blocked roads and caused traffic accidents. 

In northern cities such as Medea, snow isolated some rural housing compounds and traffic was paralyzed. Water leak was reported in some schools and roads were blocked.
