Algeria's team defender Madjid Bougherra showed an amazing performence before England

- The strong return of Andy Webster came after he suffered a serious knee injury, before he recovered and showed a good performance in Dundee united, where he won the Scottish Cup.
- Although Rangers’ chief executive Walter Smith wishes to keep Bougherra in the club, especially since the latter is linked with the contract until 2012, however, because of debts since three seasons, the club may be forced to sell Bougherra in order to refresh its treasury.
