Belmokhtar is alive and works with terrorists in Libya
A new image obtained by Echorouk shows that terrorist Mokhtar Belmokhtar alias Khaled Abu Abbas is alive and operating in Libya.
The image was taken from a video tape found with a Libyan terrorist arrested on Sunday. It shows Belmokhtar wearing winter clothes and accompanied by a man named Merai Djebil.
Echorouk’s sources said the man in the picture is actually Belmokhtar and it is a recent one.
A number of western capitals offer $5 million to anyone who can give information to arrest or kill him. Western intelligence ranked him among the most ten dangerous wanted people in the world.
The image denies the US government’s allegations that Belmokhtar was killed in an air strike.
Some reports said he was wounded and others said he was poisoned. Other sources said he was ill and paralyzed due to diabetes. They all show that they were based on unreliable information.
The man in the picture seems in good health, standing on his feet and talking to a man next to a Station car.
Belmokhtar did not show allegiance to Abu Bak Al Baghdadi and refused to join ISIS. He remained faithful to Al-Qaeda’s leader Aymen Zawahiri. He seeks to become Al-Qadea’s Chief in the Maghrebin and African region. To do that, he plans to establish alliance with terrorist groups in Libya, according to Echorouk’s sources.
