CHAN-2011: Algerian national team (A') on training camp in Algiers

ALGIERS-The Algerian football team is continuing its preparation in Algiers for the second African Nations Championship CHAN-2011 in Sudan (February 4 to 25) without the players of MC Algiers and ES Setif left at disposal of their clubs which will play the final of UNAF cup of champions and winners of cups.

Tedjar team mates made CHAN-2011, “a personal goal to achieve,” national coach assistant Mohamed Chaib told APS. “This tournament is for players from Algeria, a personal goal in which they will try to honour the national colours and prove their value,” he said.

The current training camp, which will end on Tuesday will be an opportunity for the technical staff “to assess the players form,” Chaib said. “This is a training camp should allow us to make an assessment on the form of each player before taking other steps in our program of preparation,” he said
