Children under legal care allowed to travel abroad

Representatives of justice, interior and solidarity ministries held a meeting on Thursday to decide in easing measures in favor of families which provide legal for children, Echorouk has learnt.

The new measures aim at reducing transport procedures for children who benefit from legal care abroad.

According to sources, families will be able to carry their adopted children abroad without submitting the package of documents defined in 2010.

Those measures are part of the government’s plan to face bureaucracy and reduce administrative documents. Families will be encouraged to provide legal care for orphans and children born out of marriage.
