Many citizens who were born abroad expressed their resentment due to the overcrowding at the level of the civil status services, and the Foreign Affairs Ministry, which receives daily visitors from 48 wilayas towards the capital, to extract the birth certificate and approve some of the documents on demand.
Problem is getting more difficult with the closer social start, which requires renewing documents at the school or even those who aspire to obtain or renew the documents at schools, or even for those who wish to obtain a passport or renew it, especially as the deadline for the application with the biometric work was identified for the current year’s end.
Many citizens who were born outside the country are living on their nerves these days in parallel with each social start, as residents outside Algiers are forced to travel for long distances to reach far Wilayas to win a piece of ticket since the early morning to extract the required document at the service that is allocated to them at the ministry, before the heavy presence and overcrowding of citizens who told Echoroukthat they desperately need to bring the administration near their residence places, parallel to the difficulties they receive whenever they want to extract the civil status documents.
