International Universities Federation, issued a statement on its “Facebook page”, saying: “A delegation from the company TZLAB and the Deputy Director General of the Algerian company, Mr. Iskandar Fawzi, arrived to the headquarters of the International Universities Federation in Istanbul and met with Professor Mohamed Khair Al Ghabani, in order to develop the scientific research and its outputs in the field the pharmaceutical industry”.

“We discussed the possibility of the development of the innovative treatment of diabetes as a dietary supplement, to include all age groups, including kids, and its distribution in the world in addition to the treatment of psoriasis”.

In another video tape that was released by the Commission, the federation’s chairman, Mohamed Khair Al Ghabani, and director of the Algerian TZLAB company, which represents Toufik Zaibet, the two men signed the cooperation agreement.

According Al Ghabani, the agreement aims to develop the pharmaceutical cooperation for the Medical Products for the treatment of chronic diseases and develop the partnership to a productive partnership.

“How can we refuse to support the Algerian researcher and his RHB supplement that was licensed by the Algerian Health Ministry. Why is this war launched on Arab researchers ? Is it necessarily to be a professor or Doctor to create something, even a kid can be inventor.”

“I thank the researcher Toufik Zaibet who showed patience to the harm of science haters”.

The Lebanese Al Ghabani said that many of the brothers in Algeria asked him to complete RHB product’s project because there are 4 million patients and a number of them have benefited from it.

Fcebook page “Algerian Doctors”, published a warning to the Lebanese, Mohamed Khair Al Ghabani, who spoke on behalf of the International Universities’ Federation, as he is also the manager of Turkey Arees University, saying that he has a history of providing certifications that are not recognized internationally and academically.

Organizers of the page and those who attacked Toufik Zaibet earlier, said that the owner of this university had the “mission of creating fake universities and provide certificates for those who pay and lies on many people in Lebanon”.

Same page published what it called, the “evidence of their information”, through articles that are published in newspapers and Arab websites, including an article that was published by the newspaper “Middle East” in Saudi Arabia, which was published from London on December 23, 2015 under the title “Turkish university facing doubts about the graduations’ academic recognition”, as it speaks about the lack of credibility of this university’s graduations.

International Universities Federation also published on its facebook page that “It is a union that was licensed in Lebanon and Turkey, for the development of research in problems of the higher education in the world and the technical cooperation frameworks between Arab and international universities”.
