Customs: Large movement of transfers for officers, agents in June

Customs General Directorate launched on June, a large movement of change, among the frames and customs officers, especially for agents who are over the legal limit for transfer to other Wilayas, especially the southern cities of Algeria, and whose period of service in these areas exceeded three years.
Transfers movement would also include agents and officers at airports and ports.
Joint committee at the General Directorate of Customs ended the study of requests to transfer agents and officers, and those graduated from schools of customs, as they are almost emptied of underlining the calendar of transfers, a movement that considered the requests for transfers.
Official sources at the General Directorate told Echorouk, that this movement is the largest of its kind, as it will touch hundreds of frames and agents at the level of the various regional directorates of the country, and at airports and ports.
Customs agents whose service period in the south and far south exceeded three years will be transferred to areas that are near their homes, by contrast, all the frames and agents who did not perform their service since they joined customs will be transferred as well.
Large number of new graduates from schools and training institutes of customs will also be transferred, while the rest of the graduates will be sent to the border centers, which became operational, pending for the activation of the remaining ones.
If some groups include transfers within the traditional movement that is carried out by the security services by the end of each year, the customs sources confirmed that the transfers will touch the greatest number of customs officers and agents, especially those who are working at the ports of Algiers,Oran,Skikda, Ghazaouat and Annaba, as well as many of the airports.
Human resources administration launched, in the context of the movement that was scheduled at the request of those concerned, the transfer of agents who filed their applications for family and social considerations, and others who were transferred after the expiry of the term of service, as 70 percent of the total of those who were subject of the routine transfers have been transferred.
