E-business registers to be mainstreamed in every Wilaya

E-business registers are currently applied only at the level of Algiers, and will be generalized at the national level, starting from June 15 of this year, Trade Minister, Amara Benyounes said on Monday, during an assessment meeting for the activity of foreign services of his ministerial department.
“We will launch from Tipaza on June 15, the mainstreaming of E-business registers in every Wilaya across the entire nation. Primary objective of the e-business registers is to put an end to counterfeiting registers certificates.”
According to the National Center for the Commercial Register, which takes care of the generalization, the introduction of the new business register will belong to economic operators who are always asking for business registers for the first time, as the new document, which is still in the form of a certificate with an encrypted code in the certificate document, which is delivered in Algiers.
Starting from December, the business register will be prepared in the form of a hard plastic card after ratification of the legislative procedure for the digital registration and processing, at the level of Internet services in the conduct of business registers.
Third phase will notice a gradual release of the e-business registers with cards across the entire country.
