Education: Contests of teachers' recruitment in March, Minister Benghabrit says

Employment contests in the sector of teachers will be programmed in March, in order to train those successful within a good framework and give enough time to the public civil service, in order to monitor files, National Education Minister, Nuoria Benghabrit, said during a press conference, on the sidelines of the opening of the regional symposium of the central and southern Wilayas, that was held on Sunday in Djelfa, for the evaluation of the current school start.

“Starting from the next school year, teachers will not be allowed to leave for the “pre-retirement”, until the end of the year, for the inventory of those positions and announcing them in recruitment for the replacement of retirees.”
“Competitions of Employment for professors were programmed for the beginning of the next academic season, by the end of March and the beginning of April, and that in order to give enough time to the services of Education Directorates, for good preparation, in addition to training the successful within a good framework, with giving enough time for the public job to control files of successful, to avoid the problem of discovering “fake successful”, as happened in 2012, and the issue of western and southern Algeria teachers, where the public function excluded, after control, many teachers after a full year of teaching, as well as the issue of the 142 teachers who were excluded in 2013 by the public service as well.” 
“Recruitment is mainly based on domestic demand and new institutions that are open in each Wilaya, as the special needs for positions are transferred and deposited at the Directorate of users.” 
“Some services at the level of Education Directorates showed bad governance, and lack of application of the decisions that were made by the ministry, in addition to poor understanding of the law, a calendar should be prepared for the employment competitions that fit the sector’s calendar”. 
“Pupils must receive 32 weeks of study without interruption and without strikes, to end the school program, to avoid work with the threshold of lessons in a fateful baccalaureate degree exam, to avoid programming exams and assignments in the remnants of lessons.”
