Education Ministry to meet the common services demands

Secretary-General of the National Union of Common Services and Training Workers, who belong to the National Education Sector, Sid Ali Bahari, said his syndicate reached an agreement with the Education Minister, Nouria Rameoune, with regard to issues of the temporary positions for the laboratory technicians and administrative positions and professional workers with their three types.
Bahari told Echorouk online, on Friday, that the one and half an hour meeting, which was compiled with the Minister of National Education on Thursday evening, led to the approval of the Ministry in an official capacity to integrate the category of laboratory technicians automatically from the position of laboratory technician agent to technical associate of laboratory, and from technical assistant of laboratory to the position of laboratory attache.
“It has been approved as an exception measure to organize professional exams in two sessions during 2014, for the benefit of laboratory attache to key attaches, who obtained on the rate of 10/20, according to the regulatory texts that are in force, or register them on the lists of rehabilitation, or those who meet the requirements according to seniority in office.
“Education Minister has committed and insisted on the human resources manager for the entitlement of laboratory technicians to benefit from the grant of educational performance, documentation and cost-effectiveness grant by 40% instead of 30%, similar to the rest of educators, and it also insisted on the human resources manager to subtract this issue on the relevant committee that is represented in the Finance Ministry and the General Directorate of Public Service to resolve this problem permanently.”
“With regard to administrative positions, the ministry is committed to guide the senior positions for the interests of the external services of the Education Ministry, only for administrators, and is also committed to upgrading the automatic mechanism of writers to directorate writers.”
“Training workers with their three categories adopted the final decision for the work with the new artistic card, in the centers for conducting examinations, that is dated on 24/04/2014, and this in order to grant the common services and training workers financial compensation that is associated with these exams”.
“Ministry is also committed to the automatic upgrading the mechanism of the demise category to the training workers with their three categories 1, 2 and 3.”
Previously, the ministry is committed to opening serious investigations regarding the mandatory houses across the national territory, and also activate the laws regarding the committees with equal members and its internal rule of procedure, and give direct orders and strict orders for managers of education for the total respect of laws and regulations in the field.
