Education: Recruitment competitions are open for secondary school teachers with Licence Graduation

“Education Ministry will work with the old style which is immediate censorship on the public service to avoid the scenario of the past years. On the other hand the ministry got decisions to open recruitment competitions that were released by the Public Service last week.”

“New details in the recruitment competitions is titled 2015 teaching corps. It will work with the old style, and thus the Ministry of Education felt compelled to make a “real-time” requirement of the final employment in Education, through a commitment to avoid announcing the results of successful and avoid displaying the lists, without “immediate” control on the public employment service, in order to avoid the emergence of many problems and imbalances that were recorded in the past years, when the ministry was forced, through its regional directorates, to abolish the success of some candidates after a full year of employment, because of the posterior control on the public function”.

“This decision came after the reports that were filed by the heads of the services of examinations and schooling at the directorates of education to the staff director of the ministry, who raised their concerns about the issue of” a posteriori control “and the consequences of these imbalances, but this latter took their suggestions into account and defended them at the level of the relevant services for the public service and received their reaction.”

“Education Ministry will resort to the use of holders of bachelor’s degree by allowing them to participate in the recruitment competitions in the secondary phase, under the title of 2015, on an exceptional basis, in certain disciplines only, which are philosophy, history, geography, mathematics.”

“It will be forced to reduce the period of announcement from 20 days to two weeks or 10 days at the most, to gain time, because of the approach of the date a three official school examinations”.
