Education: Relative Retirement Files Of 8000 Employees Are Officially Signed

National Retirement Fund officially approved, on Monday, the transfer of 8,000 education workers across 12 provinces, after they applied for relative retirement before December 31, 2016, and ordered the fund to liquidate their pensions in the next few days and use all the necessary resources.

National Retirement Fund (CNR), said in a statement, which copy was received by Echorouk, that the process of processing the latest files of requests for relative retirement and without the age requirement, which was deposited by the staff of the Education Sector before December,31, 2016, as the deadline of the entry into force of Law No. 16/15 of December,31, 2016 was amended and supplemented by the Law No. 83-12 of July,2, 1983, which was pending for reasons that are mainly related to the completion of procedures and incomplete administrative documents, as it was completed on Saturday evening, at the level of the fund’s local agencies.

The decision is about 8,000 files that are distributed to 12 provinces, as those concerned will receive their pensions in the coming days by the National Pension Fund, which has used all the human and material means that are necessary to complete the process.

National Education Ministry officially opened the file of the referral files to retire a year ago, and has not exempted the voluntary retirement, i.e, the relative retirement and without age requirements, provided that applicants will submit applications at the level of pension offices starting from September 2016, and will receive decisions to refer the suspension of the paid activity on August 31, 2017, to the maximum extent, i.e within 48 hours of the day.

According to the instruction that is dated on last September 15, all users of the education sector can file applications for retirement, who meet the legal requirements.

First category of retirees are those born between January,1, 1957 and December,31, 1957 and who reach the legal retirement age between January,1, 2017 and December 31 of the same year, which means voluntary pre-retirement for all employees if their employment is at least 32 years , and optional proportional retirement refers to users who have two basic conditions, which are the age and duration of activity.

According to the same instruction, men are required to complete 50 years of age with a minimum of 20 years of employment, and women must be 45 years old, and their work is not less than 15 years, and according to the instruction of the ministry that was addressed to the fifty managers across the country, the file of retirement consists, in addition to documents of identity and civil status and social security, including a written request that is containing all information concerning the meaning, such as the name, surname and institution in which it operates,  and a special declaration of non-withdrawal from retirement after the filing of the file, whatever the reasons for the voluntary retirement, the documents that must be approved by the municipality.
