Education: Thousands of teachers contractors exploited to cover the deficit

Education Ministry created two new cases that allow replacing teachers, in order to cover the deficit in the pedagogical sector’s positions, especially in mathematics and physics, because teachers are in the holy sites to perform pilgrimage and to participate in elections.
Echorouk informed sourced said that the ministry will be forced to commission thousands of teachers to covet the deficit after taking the decision to return back to work with the
pattern of succession that was abolished in 2012, during the era of the former minister Abou Baker Benbiuzide who was replaced by the back up lists.
Same source revealed that the Education Ministry was forced to return back to work with the pattern of succession and contracting that was abolished since two years, and was replaced with the back up lists, due to the large deficit that was recorded in Many positions, due to the large number of teachers trainers and key teachers who retired, as it will resort to use thousands of teachers contractors to cover the deficit, especially in French, mathematics and physics in all the Algerian cities.
Same sources added that the Ministry has identified many condition for succession, in order to put an end to protests, as the matter is related to the need to provide the scientific qualification for the teachers successors that identified in the official gazette number 25 dated in April, 17, 2014, and which includes certificates or qualifications that are accepted for employment in education like Bachelor, Master or State Engineer.
