Threshold will impose itself again after Seven years of full adoption by the National Education Ministry, because of the return of strikes and protests for the sector after the passage of two months for the school entry, Federation of Parents’ Associations, Ahmed Khaled said.

“Return of strikes and protests to the National Education Sector, after two months of the school year, will inevitably accelerate the return to work with the threshold of lessons in the BAC Exam of June 2015, especially at a time in which the Independent National Council of Secondary Schools’ and Technical Education Teachers CNAPEST is preparing to organize strong protests in the near future, in addition to the protest movement, which the syndicate of high schools in Algeria decided to launch by the Tenth of November, which is called “a protest of anger”, as well as the “Protest Day” that was launched by the National Union of Education and Training Workers, “UNPEF” last week”.
“Late hiring of new teachers who have succeeded in recent recruitment competitions in new posts, and the strike of economists, are all factors that will negatively affect the progress of lessons that was programmed, in the three educational stages, especially exams sections, especially as the National Education Minister, Nouria Benghabrit, has stressed on several occasions that there is on need to reach the 32-week study”.
“Algeria is the only country which works with 32 weeks of study, or much less, in contrast, many European countries, and even brotherly countries, such as Tunisia, Morocco and Egypt, working with 36 weeks of study, and may reach up to 42 weeks in some countries”.
