Egyptian foreign ministry’s spokesman Hussam Zaki said Gaza convoy will not be allowed to enter by land and his country put conditions about unloading the aid in Al Arish port to take them to Gaza via the Egyptian Red Crescent. No more than 100 people can enter Gaza.
The ministry also said delegation leaders must sent complete information about them two weeks before they embark. “We want to make sure that those aid enter smoothly and without any problem,” said a statement posted on the ministry’s website.
“Land convoys will not be allowed to enter,” it added.
