Executive decree sets up requirements for the beneficiaries of the president’s workshops

The government has set up the requirements and formulas that should be applied for the jobless aged between 18 and 50 who benefited from the president’s workshops as part of the “youth employment plan”.

  • The beneficiaries will pay a rent that goes crescendo starting with 10 % of the gross total during the three contractual years but should pay the rent in full by the ninth year.

  • According to the provision 62 of the current financial law, the workshops will be put at the disposal of the beneficiaries but will not be sold to them in anyway and regardless of their activities.
  •   The contract is signed between the two parties including the municipality, the owner of the workshop, and the beneficiary who is prone to lose his right over the workshop if he doesn’t pay the rent for three months in a row.

  • The authorities have granted various facilities to the young beneficiaries setting a timeline for them to pay their rents starting with 10%  during the first three years, 30 % for the next three years and 60% for the coming three years. They have to pay the totality of the rent after the ninth year of the contract.

  • The contract stipulates that the beneficiary is compelled to start his activity personally and without delay, any infringement to this requirement would lead to the cancellation of his contract.
