Facts about Al Ahmadiyya in Algeria
“Ahmadiyya sect imposes on its partisans to get divorced with spouse if she does not support it. It forbids praying with an imam who follows traditional Islam.” These are statements of two middle-aged men who were victim of this doctrine as they were religiously misled.
The victims are a retired teacher and a trader
The two men told Echorouk Al Ahmadiyya satellite channel impressed them. They knew each other after meetings organized by a partisan of the doctrine.
They performed Friday’s Prayer at the sect leader’s home. They listened to explanation of its precepts and the necessity of replacing the traditional religion by it.
The channel presented the sect ideas as it is open for everyone and tolerant.
“Its slogan was no hate to anyone, love for everyone. That was no more than lies to trap people,” the retired teacher said.
“Get rid of your wife if you want to convert to Ahmadiyya”
The channel broadcasts a talk show with Christians. Its partisans defend the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him).
“I did not find what I saw on the channel. What is said about it does not exist. I found out contradiction. This doctrine says people must not pray with an imam of the traditional religion. They have to get rid of their wives if they refuse to embrace the same doctrine,” said the trader.
Jinn do not exist and Jesus was not raised
Speaking about meetings with Al Ahmadiyya partisans, the trader said he attended regional meetings in the province of Oran. They met doctors and other intellectuals. They learnt some beliefs such as the denial of Jinn’s existence and the confirmation of Jesus’ death.
