FAF wants Alain Michel as Algeria coach’s assistant
The officials of the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) may appoint French coach Alain Michel as Algeria Coach Rabah Saadane’s assistant for the next two years, Echorouk has learnt.
-
Alain Michel who trains Algeria’s local team MCA welcomed the idea, saying he is excited about entering a new experience with the national team.

-
He joined MCA two years ago and he managed to improve their level by bringing new players. He made them a successful and homogenous club before he had left. He comes back this season as managers were convinced that he was the right man to continue the job with the club.

-
Michel’s educational background is very rich making him eligible for that position which would open door to him for an experience with the national team. He has never entered such an experience with any team, sources said.
