FLN: “We'll confront anyone aiming to remove us from the political arena”
FLN party called upon the Algerian people to come together in order to maintain the gains of the nation and to address the various challenges that are facing the country.
It said in a statement that was issued Friday on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the outbreak of November,1st, 1954 revolution; “FLN takes this blessed occasion to call the revolutionary family of the mujahideen (war veterans), and the children of martyrs and sons of the Mujahideen, and all the good people to stand as one in order to maintain the gains of the nation and to address the various challenges that are facing the country.”
“National Liberation Front with its leadership and militants in Algeria, and among the Algerian community abroad, stands on this historic glorious occasion, in appreciation and recognition of the Mujahid, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, President of the Republic, the party chairman, who struggled when young during the revolution and was barricaded with faith and was sincere to the ideals and principles of November, and is still continuing in the same path”.
“FLN party is heading toward a bright future, and remains in constant contact with the gains, and keeps stuck to them more than ever, and facing anyone who tempted to empty the party’s message from its content, and those who aim to step him down from the political arena in retaliation for his historic victory in the achievement of independence and the objectives of November 1st objectives statement ,and build a modern Algerian state”.
