French company cheats Algerie Poste
Algerie Poste was cheated by a French company through its workers’ salary management program. It sold it a program which expires every year while the signed contract stipulates purchasing a definitive license, according to an official document.
The document shows results of an enquiry about the salary management system which stopped working. The French company did not provide Algerie Poste with the licenses approved in the contract.
The document was signed by audit director at Algerie Telecom Ait Cherif and intended to the company’s General Director. It shows public money squandering and useless purchased programs.
Annual maintenance invoices were not paid. Because of that, the protected program made unsurmountable mistakes.
The same document says Algerie Poste accepted to buy the program although the engineer in charge was against that.
The enquiry came as the salary management system had stopped working for many times due to the license which expires a year after use. Consequently, Algerie Poste’s workers in many provinces found doubled salaries in their accounts.
