Ghoul urges operators to recruit graduates
BLIDA-Amar Ghoul Minister of Public Works in Blida urged Wednesday public and private operators of the industry to recruit young graduates “as only prerequisite to win new contracts.”
During a working and inspection visit in the province, Ghoul said that construction companies “are now required to hire young graduates,” adding that “there are sites that employ “no more than one hundred workers whereas their needs in terms of qualified labour are estimated at 1,000 workers,” he noted. Inspecting the project of a road section connecting Frantz Fanon hospital to the East-West highway, the minister has long insisted on the need for build this section according to international standards by strictly ensuring the quality of works.
