Government's 17th tripartite meeting to include wage increases

This meeting comes under one title that is related to evaluate and implement the 16th session’s decisions , that is the source of the complementary finance draft law, to apply it on January 2015.

Wages of fragile and poor categories are expected to raise, as it will be able to for every Algerian to obtain a consumption credit at the limit of 700,000 DZD as from the coming six months.

Echorouk sources said that today’s tripartite will be identical to the last one in content, but will be different in the form, as it will not be open on media, as it is the matter in the tripartite meetings that were supervised by the PM Abdelmalek Sellal, who imposed new procedures through making its works open and transparent contrary to his predecessor Ahmed Ouyahia, who imposed secrecy and ambiguity in conducting the meetings of executive authorities with its two partners.

In this context, participants in the tripartite will evaluate the extent of applying the six recommendations that resulted from the last session that was held on last February 23, ad the matter is related to the national economic contract for development and the procedures of encouraging the national product, and promote it, and support the national public and private institutions, in addition to the file that rises concern of categories with weak income, as the matter is related to the return of the consuming credit that was frozen since July 2009, even if it will be different and exclusive to include the national production.
