President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, launches a movement of account and punishment against anyone who commits errors in the African Forum for Investment and Business, as he begins with isolating Algeria’s ambassador to Paris, Ammar Ben Djamaa, and forwarded him to retire, while the presidency asked the Foreign Ministry to complete reports on the Forum, especially what is related to the financial aspect, and the special account that was adopted by the forum of heads of institutions, to collect funds on behalf of the African Forum.

Official sources told Echorouk that the decision to isolate the Algerian ambassador to Paris, Ammar Ben Djamaa, and forwarding him to retirement, on Monday, after a decision of the President of the Republic, which is the first aftershocks of what was done in the African Forum for Investment and Business.

“Algeria’s ambassador to Paris pays the bill of an unforgivable mistake of a senior diplomat it comes to granting visas to dozens of the people who were invited by the head of FCE, Ali Haddad, to attend the economic meeting, which was organized in Algiers International Conference Center, Abdellatif Rahal, without subjecting the process to the administrative and legal procedures, through granting Algerian visas to people who are classified as dangerous on the national interests, before the presidency interferes, which followed all the big and small details of the Forum and cancelled the list of these people”.

Same sources predicted that the President Bouteflika’s machine will picking some heads, and will not stop at the Algerian ambassador, but will affect others and faster than some people may think, on the grounds that the presidency asked the Foreign Ministry, on the basis that it was the governing department that is concerned with coordination with FCE, through sending adequate reports for the regulatory process and details about the way of selecting those who contributed to the organization, at a time when sources from the FCE revealed that the Prime Ministry opened an administrative investigation in the bank account that was opened by Ali Haddad to collect the sponsors contributions in the economic event, and the fate of this money considering that large amounts of money were pumped to this account.

“African Forum which was organized under the auspices of the largest public and private dealers and institutions in the field of mobile phones has “swallowed” large amounts of money, as one of them granted 10 billion centimes, and another one gave nearly  billion centimes, another businessman granted over 3 billion centimes, while members who participated in this event contributed with 5 million centimes for each one, and contributions that were granted by institutions for their products, on the sidelines of the forum, because it devoted stands for representing products, which were visited by the Prime Minister as soon as he arrived to the convention center on Saturday”.

Ali Haddad said during a press conference that was organized at the end of the African Forum that it costs 60 billion centimes, but the state of restlessness that hit a large number of famous names in the “FCE” and the anger that was expressed publicly by a large number of participants in the Forum confirms that announcing the financial report of the event will not be easy, and the night of doubt and anticipation for businessmen will not be long.

According to Echorouk sources, Chairman of FCE, Ali Haddad, whose “disobedience” of the government by trying to appoint himself a PM without an official appointment, was described as a foolish mistake, and his days are few, and his troubles will begin, especially after some voices within FCE asked him to provide a financial and moral report of the organization regulation during his period.
