Hassen Yebda: “We are eager to forge ahead still further in this African tournament”

The talented Algeria midfielder, Hassen Yebda, told reporters in Luanda at the end of the Angola – Algeria confrontation that he and his team-mates were fully determined to go as far as possible in this 27th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations competition. 

• He stressed that the “Greens” of Algeria would spare no effort to come out victorious in the upcoming quarter-final fixture in order to live up to the legitimate aspirations of the valourous Algerian people who yearn for victories, he said.

• Hassen Yebda who displayed all his footballing prowess during the last 2 games first versus Mali and then Angola, asserted that he was highly honoured to defend, through thick and thin, the Algerian colours during this prestigious African football tournament.
