Homage to Algeria's oldest female singer Seloua

ALGIERS- A glowing tribute was paid Thursday, at the Palace of Culture, to Algeria's oldest female singer Seloua by Machahir Echabab Association.

Seloua, who has given a lot to the Algerian song for nearly sixty years, said the homage was tantamount to restoring to favour the Algerian artist.

The oldest female singer in Algeria said she was happy to listen to young artists performing some of her early songs that had made her famous. “It’s a double tribute for me,” she stressed.
