Housing: “I expect to reach over 450,000 files for AADL subscribers”, Minister Tebboune says

Over 450,000 AADL subscribers files will be considered finally out of 700,000 applicants until the end of current year, announcing the launch of a project to build 105,000 AADL houses, Housing Minister, Abdelmadjid Tebboune said in a press conference Monday, on the sidelines of a work visit by PM Abdelmalek Sellal to Tamenrasset, Southern Algeria.
“A project to build 105,000 housing units have been launched in the framework of the new program of the National Agency for the Improvement and Development of housing (AADL). Offices of upgrading and management of real estate were urged to launch the construction of new AADL houses”.
“Process of calling upon subscribers for the new program to pay the first tranche will be completed in December 2014. Number of people who have been summoned to a certain extent today ranges between 130,000 and 140,000, and in this regard. Over 170 assistants have been recruited to support the conductors of the process, and ensure its success.”
“Currently we are not thinking about the housing grant with the exception of the far southern regions and the border areas.”
