Internal dissentions tear apart major terrorist organization in Algeria.

Repentant have recently revealed that the terrorist organization “ Salfit Group for Preaching and Combat” is undermined by internal dissentions among its leaders, in the wake of the brilliant successes registered by the security forces in their anti- terrorism fight.

• The recent elimination of the dangerous criminal and former leader at the armed wing of the terrorist organization, Abdelmoumen Rachid, knwon as “ Al Aassimi” along with the other dangerous criminal, is regarded by many experts as a severe blow for the organization.

• The killing of Al Aassimi , who was assigned by the national leader of the organization Abdelmakek Droudkel” to carry out a massive attack against innocent civilians, coincides with the elimination of several terrorists in various parts of the country notably; 15 in the Kabylie region over three days, including 7 in one single operation which resulted in the killing of “ Abu Horeira” and Youcef Mehab.

• Many security experts have indicated that the recent series of kidnappings of foreign nationals and asking for ransoms was another strategy followed by the terrorist organization to collect funds outside the Algerian territory, after drying up the sources locally.

• They have reached their goal when the Spanish authorities yielded to the pressure of the terrorists with the complicity of the Malian authorities to free the Spanish hostages by the payment of a ransom estimated at 8 million Euros, infringing thus the international agreements which incriminate these practices.
