ISIS Youth Recruitment: Security Services Arrest 40 People at Houari Boumediene Airport

Security services arrested, in coordination with the border police of Houari Boumediene Airport, a group of youth, whose number exceeds 40, aged between 23 and 45, and who decided to join the camps of the terrorist organization that is called the organization of the Islamic State “ISIS”, led by “Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi”, through Turkish flights.
According to information, which is available to Echorouk, the security services have succeeded to arrest these youth thanks to the intelligence work, as it turns out that most of the detainees who were interrogated, decided to join the terrorist organization, by using false passports, and tried to camoufle their style to appear like tourists who will visit Turkey for the purpose of Tourism, and not to join the terrorist organization, and are currently under investigation.
According to the sources, the security services and in coordination with the police and gendarmerie, have been subjected Houari Boumediene airport to control, through a group of professionals of the Directorates of Information and Security, after receiving information about the presence of an ISIS terrorist plot, to recruit Algerian youth.
This information forced security services to take exceptional measures at Houari Boumediene Airport, including tightening controls and inspections and assigning special military units to infiltrate in the airport, and stealthy among customs teams and border police and travellers of some flights at the requirement of necessity, and this enabled these exceptional measures par excellence, to prevent a number of Algerian youth from joining this terrorist organization.
E-crime squads investigations also revealed contacts between a number of sleeping cells in Algeria and a number of Algerians who joined the ranks of ISIS, for nearly three years, in order to recruit the largest possible number of youth, and that a number of Algerian terrorists who are in Syria and Iraq, entered in contact by means of “Facebook” and “Twitter” to communicate with a number of their relatives and some sleeping cells that are active in the support and assignment of terrorist groups, and recruiting youth from Algeria and sending them to the war in Iraq and Syria, by launching a series of “pink” promises about what awaits them there.
Same sources confirmed that “data of ISIS fighters , is being monitored periodically at the level of border posts at airports, ports and border control centres, specifically to tighten control on travellers who are heading for or coming from the Middle Easter and South Eastern Europe.
