The drawing of lots of the groups of the final qualifying round of the African Champions' League football competition was held Thursday in Cairo, Egypt. 

• The Algerian first – division team of JS Kabylie was drawn in its group with two Egyptian squads namely Al Ahly and Ismaily, thus triggering astounding reactions from the football fans in the eastern Kabylia region.
