Khalifa trial will be in a transparent public session according to law, Justice Minister, Tayeb Louh, said.

“Technological lateness of security services and its results of delaying the transfer of sessions and moving the judicial complaints, since the inauguration of the personalization of the electronic signature of sim cards, that is directed to inspector of control and judges at the Justice Ministry in Algiers Al Biar.”
“Judicial police record is still sent via ordinary post mail, and this is impossible to continue. Judicial police record should have transferred immediately to the agent of republic”.
“Judicial services have typical councils to apply technology through the relationship with judicial control, police and general prosecution in the context of the project of electronic signing and approving. However, the other party should be in the same level in order to facilitate dealing with the judicial files”.
